I have been rather busy the past couple of weeks.
- paper-writing
- procrastinating
- procrastinating with paper-writing
- mental/emotional turmoil (almost a breakdown)
- financial problems back home
- field trip to Laurel Hill Cemetery
- learned that my Brit. Lit. prof thought I was dumb because I never participated in class (“To be honest, I was surprised that this paper was so good – I have not yet heard you speak in class.”)
- learned that my Brit. Lit. prof now thinks that I’m an “instinctive” and “ballsy” writer … I just need to participate in order to pass, haha
- lots of coordination and prep work for the LGBTQA Connection’s “It Gets Better” video-filming next week
- given a “warning” for violating Ursinus’ mass e-mail policy in my enthusiasm for advertising next week’s event (that policy, in all of its simplicity, it the most vague thing I have ever read)
- finally got my state taxes returned and the first half of my stipend from UC
… And after this week, I’ll be on Spring Break. I actually won’t be working, which is a first, haha. But I hope to spend a lot of time with Ryan.
